I made a video of Montagnard weaver Ju Nie making these heddles as she warped and, after watching any many times ws finaly able to catch her quick movements and make sense of it. On the right are the heddle I made this way using thick yarn so that I could photograph the process for my journal. I have also made tep by step diagrams and a video of my own showing the process very slowly.
