I prepared five warps for the visitors. I find it is best to have people up and weaving straight away on well tensioned warps and then slowly introduce string heddle making and warp winding later. Some freebie rulers that I picked up at the Maryland Show made excellent improvised beaters. Claudia has an enormou basement studio with plenty of places to tie up looms. We wove simple warp float patterns.
